Our methodology for project management assures that we have a complete understanding of what you expect as a deliverable system. We follow a plan with the following steps:

Installation Process
It is critical that the software, hardware, and training are closely coordinated during the on-site implementation. Our project manager is with you every step of the way


  • Plan for delivery of all printers, scanners, and R/F access points
  • Perform detail check on the installation of hardware
  • Pre-labeling of all bay locations prior to go live
  • Installation of all software on the servers and personal computers
  • Installation and verification of sessions on handheld terminals
  • Full testing of all software and interfaces to host systems
  • Thorough training on the use of the system
  • Demonstration of system performance with final sign off of capability by your management team
