Transformations, Inc. acquires RemotePrint Statement Rendering Systems
This letter is to announce that, effective November 1, 2006, Brentwood, TN based Transformations, Inc. has acquired the RemotePrint Statement Rendering Systems business division of Mail Services, L.C. Under the terms of the agreement, Transformations, Inc. acquired RemotePrint Statement Rendering Systems, RemotePrint Web Server, and other related software assets as well as the RemotePrint client base.
Transformations, Inc. has been providing application development, technical support, and other business critical, software related services to its clients for over 18 years. Their client list includes small local firms as well as Fortune 500 companies.
