TransPay’s EIPP service provides companies with an outsourced solution that electronically presents statements and invoices online for their customers to view and pay. Payments can be made using either electronic check or credit card. At the end of each day the billing company will receive a file of all payments made through the system to apply to their Accounts Receivables. This speeds up the transfer of money and eliminates the laborious task of applying cash. Electronic presentment and payment can reduce DSO by as much as five days.
