Uluro Web 3.0 delivering a competitive advantage in critical document delivery services

BRENTWOOD, TENNESSEE (October 1, 2012)

Transformations is ready to release Uluro Web 3.0 on October 1, 2012. This new, interactive Web Portal comes with many cutting edge features that allow mailers and print service providers to deliver better service to their clients. The new Web Portal also improves communication through a user-friendly, web based customer interface and reduces the time required to set up eDeliver, eBill and ePayment offerings.

Consumers demand instant access with electronic delivery, billing and payment options for many of their financial transactions. At the same time, mid- to high-volume mailers are challenged by the need to streamline the complex processes involved in providing secure, reliable, and easy-to-navigate options for Web, tablet, and email customer interactions. Uluro Web 3.0 allows mailers quick access to the modern world of eDelivery, eBilling, and multi-channel delivery while providing print suppression capabilities for clients seeking to reduce postage and other production related costs.

Based on Uluro’s OnceAmation® technology, the user interface in Uluro Web 3.0, has been completely redesigned with a new look and feel to incorporate features that expand clients’ competitive advantage. Customers can create elegantly designed and branded web portals with limited HTML coding experience required. This lets service providers make changes for customer approval and have new pages up and running in a matter of minutes for access on end-users’ computers, tablets or smartphones, This makes it easier for service bureaus and mailers to manage account data and present it in a clear way to streamline online payments.

Drawing on Uluro’s database driven architecture and using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), the controls for building these pages in Web 3.0 allow for customization of many elements from colors to images to logos to payment options. All the requisite levels of security are built in including I-Frame technology for PCI-compliance.

“This will be a game changer for our customers,” said Bill Tidwell, CEO of Transformations, Inc. “By providing security, an enhanced look and feel, and putting superior functionality at our customers’ fingertips we are continuing our vision of delivering innovative products that will provide a compelling competitive advantage in our customers respective markets,”
